Kathryn Banwell - Salon Manager

Having Started her career straight from school Kathryn qualified in Beauty at NVQ Level 2,3 and City & Guilds for Hairdressing. Additional qualifications have since been achieved in Pulsar IPL, Electrolysis, Ear Piercing, Advanced Waxing, Spray Tanning, Nail Extensions and Eyelash Extensions.

Kathryn joined the Identity team in 2004 and with now over 11 years of Industry experience Manages a new and diverse team of varied and experienced Stylists and Therapists under recent New Ownership.

"I absolutely love being a Beauty Therapist and working as part of a professional team with the same shared goal. As a Manager I am consistently striving to exceed customer expectation whilst maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach- all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am so excited about the future at Identity and proud to be a part of its regeneration".

Louise Kemp - Beauty Therapist

Louise fully qualified in Beauty Therapy Level 3 and CIDESCO (Comite International de Estetique et de Cosmetologie); The highest recognised beauty qualification - at Cornwall College Saltash where she went on to gain 5 years valuable Salon experience before moving to North Somerset in early 2011. Additional qualifications include; Microdermabrasion, Ear piercing, Electrolysis, Tanning, Acrylic Nail Extensions and Eyelash Extensions.
"My dedication to Beauty Therapy is highlighted by the achievement of CIDESCO - this ensures I excell in every aspect of my work. Being a part of the team here at Identity allows me to live my dream job daily - whilst developing a more specialist role in the clinical side of Beauty Therapy; something I have wanted to do for some time".

Jen studied Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 & 3 at Weston College straight from school before gaining valuable experience in a Weston Salon. A confident and competent new addition to the Identity team. Jen follows fashions and trends to ensure clients are always offered 'the most sought after hair'.

"Hairdressing is not my job but my life - I love the daily challenges of working in a Salon and find Identity very friendly and welcoming. I am looking forward to my future as part of the team".

Carly qualified in Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 & 3 over 7 years ago but her Salon experience tally's 10 years in a Clevedon salon. An experienced and established stylist who welcomes the challenges hairdressers face in this fashion conscious world! A new and already valued member of the Identity team.
